1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ameristead Health Agent Training and Certification Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

2. Purpose

This Portal provides training materials and a certification exam for insurance agents seeking to sell Ameristead Health benefit plans. Successful completion of the certification exam is required before an agent may enroll members.

3. Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, email address, phone number, and National Producer Number (NPN). Providing false information may result in disqualification.

4. Certification

A passing score of 100% is required. Certification through this Portal does not guarantee employment, appointment, or any contractual relationship with Ameristead Health. Certification may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Ameristead Health.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Portal — including training materials, slide presentations, exam questions, and branding — is the exclusive property of Ameristead Health. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Portal content without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing exam answers or training content with uncertified individuals
• Using automated tools to complete the training or exam
• Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications
• Attempting to bypass or manipulate the certification process

7. Limitation of Liability

Ameristead Health provides this Portal "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ameristead Health shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Portal.

8. Modifications

Ameristead Health reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
