When you register for the Portal, we collect:

• Phone number
• National Producer Number (NPN)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your registration information is used solely for:

• Identifying you during the certification process
• Notifying Ameristead Health upon successful certification so your enrollment link can be issued
• Contacting you regarding your certification status if needed

3. Analytics

We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the training experience. Analytics data is completely anonymized using one-way SHA-256 hashing — your identity cannot be determined from analytics data. We track aggregate metrics such as completion rates and average time per slide. No names, emails, phone numbers, or NPN numbers are stored in analytics.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your certification details (name, email, phone, NPN) are shared only with authorized Ameristead Health personnel for the sole purpose of issuing your enrollment link.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), DKIM-signed emails, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

6. Email Communications

Certification notification emails are sent from training@ameristead.health using DKIM-authenticated, DMARC-compliant transactional email infrastructure.

7. Data Retention

Registration and certification data is retained for the duration of your agent relationship with Ameristead Health. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support@ameristead.health.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
